Watch out for this builder. While preparing the home, the crew shut off the water but this did not prevent them from defacating in the toilets past capacity. The bathrooms were basically overflowed portapottys. I wish I took a picture but it was too disgusting to go near. After signing, I purchased a new toilet and had it installed. This fixed most of the problems. Despite paying over $500,000 for our home, DR Horton does not have the funds to pay for this replacement. Also delayed signing 3 months. Irrigation was not in our... read more

Anthony at Creekside farms was very helpful and knowledgeable! He took the time to answer all of our questions to make us feel comfortable about purchasing a home. If it wasn’t for him we would have been too scared. He went over payments and everything. We are so happy!
