Manager would take my chasiers check for rent. I had to set up a account for withdraw for rent. That was 3rd of October. The manager said she would flag the new account and fees would be waived beacuse it was just set up. They took the fees out of my account now my account is overdrawn 197$. I am taking them to court to get back the fees and bank account fees for being overdrawn. And they more than doubled my sewage and water bill. They said check for leaks . I have no leaks.
