First of all, this park is not senior living. It is a park for families with children also. I have been a resident for 5 years. It has recently come to my attention that our current maintenance man, ******** **** has a past felony record for " lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 yrs of age" and another sexual offense. You can search on ******* Law. When I contacted the management on 4/17/25 she said she was aware of this person's record, and he passed the background check. Really!!? Lakes of Melbourne always take the cheapest way to repair or replace the main deck area around the club house. there’s are more than 250 units at this 55 plus community. At the average rate of $830.00 that adds up to over $2,500,000.00 a year. Home American is very cheap when it comes to maintaining a safe place except at the club house area. The front and back gates has been damaged over 5 times. Leaving the security of the park in question. Very thing that broken or damaged takes Home Town America months on end just to fin... read more
