First of all, this park is not senior living. It is a park for families with children also. I have been a resident for 5 years. It has recently come to my attention that our current maintenance man, ******** **** has a past felony record for " lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 yrs of age" and another sexual offense. You can search on ******* Law. When I contacted the management on 4/17/25 she said she was aware of this person's record, and he passed the background check. Really!!?
