my experience with Cazenovia Creekside Dental has been nothing but positive. all of the staff are great, the receptionists are professional and kind, the doctors are knowledgeable and gentle. they're very fair and honest, no shenanigans (i've had bad experiences with other dentists). they work with you. the office is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. speaking as someone who normally hates the dentist, this place has been a god send. thank you all so much!!
I trust Dr. John Kweun with any kind of procedure. I needed extensive work done and went to a few dentist before him. Dr Kweun was different, he helped me make a plan to save what I have and recover the damage done. He is the best there is.
Absolutely terrible! Avoid at all costs! Rude, Unprofessional, Arrogant, Rushed Ever since the change of management, the service here has been atrocious. I have had a couple of fillings done by the Asian dentists and every single one has fell out or needed to be fixed. Each time I bring up an issue, I get put down by the dentist and told I don't know what I am talking about.
