Refused me treatment with Canadian Dental Care Plan. They don't accept it.
Everyone I encountered was excellent, from front of house to the dentist and dental assistant. Affordable and attentive, no attempts to sell me anything I didn't ask about. Wouldn't hesitate to make this my first port of call if I had any issues.
They are dropping direct billing to insurance. Hilarious attempt to spin that as beneficial to clients.
I recently had a terrific new patient experience. So glad to have found my "new dental practice".
