80% of the time that I walk into a business the employees and or owners are rude and unhelpful. However, the remaining 20%, which included this business, has had the most positive, helpful and nice people out there. I walked in to get new tubes for my tires and I genuinely felt at home. These people are true professionals. They are not in it just to make money either. Less than $15 is all I paid to save myself multiple hours of work and frustration! They not only got my rear derailleur installed correctly, but they also lubed my chain and bent my pedal crank back from its weird position free of charge.
Cool little bike shop right next to the trail! My first time there was today, and I was pleasantly surprised how laid back it was. The owners were very helpful and went above and beyond for my needs. I went in for a spoke replacement but they didn't have my size, so they found some spokes that were close and machined and cut them to where I was able to use them. Awesome customer service! Great family owned and operated bike shop. Took time away from their work to help me diagnose my TT bike and find the right part. Did not push a purchase until it was clear there was no other fix.
