I am satisfied with the build quality of the houses they build. I will say the upgrades become quite expensive quite quickly, but overall they build a reasonably good house. Certainly not at the grade of custom built houses, but decent enough.

Lots of issues with the whole process left us with a bad taste in our mouth.
