The president of the community Brian Skuja hired our small family owned painting company to paint his house in this subdivision and didn’t pay us out. He owes close to $5,000. Horrible person to work with. He’s a sweet talker but then when it time to pay finds excuses. Later we found out he did this to other contractors. He has been ignoring calls and communication from our attorney. This is not a good person to work with nor have as a neighbor.
