This office has the worst customer service ever with one of the front desk women. She’s very elderly and constantly gets my messages wrong to my doctor and interrupts me when I’m speaking. Update. Received a callback and was able to be scheduled. Setting an out of office or ringover call tree to a live agent would go a long way.
