They are wonderful. I saw Sally Bender for seven years and she literally saved my life. Scott has helped my daughter in so many ways. Sherri is so understanding and helpful. This group is absolutely amazing.
I started with Creekside Counseling 2-3 years ago. I had been dealing with emotional trauma with another therapist and was not making the progress that I needed. When I contacted Sherry to see if there was a therapist that used a different approach rather than CBT, she made me feel listened to. We had Dr. S**** as a counselor and my 13yo loved working with him. My daughter had to quarantine due to Covid and I left a message to cancel her appointment. (Literally the ONLY way to communicate with this facility) and I have been trying for the last 2 MONTHS to get a call back to reschedule her. They just IGNORE you. They don't call back and I am disgusted how they treat their patience. I have a balance THEY OWE ME but please keep it and hire new staff in the front office that cares about the kids!
