They fix the gate everytime it breaks which is good security wise however the pool still isn’t open and there have been no updates on when it will be open. Staff keep saying they will send out an email but nothing has been received to date.
I worked with Jay her attitude was outstanding. she was very patient with me and made sure I understood every step of the process. She answered all of my questions thoroughly communicated clearly, and was always professional and friendly. Jay made my apartment search and leasing experience smooth and stress free. Her dedication to helping residents and providing excellent customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend working with her.
