The apartment is cool and Adrienne is really sweet and made the move in process great. Demetria is cool too . The property manager JANET is the RUDEST person I’ve ever dealt with . From smart remarks to hanging up in my face because they put me in an apartment with roaches. Disgusting. Janet sucks. Her attitude is terrible. Her customer service is nonexistent. If I could leave zero stars I would since I moved in there’s been nothing but plumbing issues. My house flooded then there’s a mold problem and now there’s a light leaking water and they still have yet to do anything about it. I requested to be moved, at first they were tentative but then they never emailed me back when I requested to schedule a walk through. I can’t wait until my lease ends.
Great experience office staff is pleasant and helpful ! Maintenance has improved significantly recently with any issues ive had in my unit.
