I bought a home in Creekside from Dr. Horton in 2022. Everything they installed on the house was the absolute cheapest version they could find. -Paint: Custom thinned "shell white" color. Had to repaint with a better quality paint. -AC: Interior Air Handler main moter failed after 2.5 years. $800 replacement. -LED lights: Over 6 have failed and have had to be replaced. -Oven: Failed after 2 years and had to be replaced. $750. -Alarm panel: Failed and we installed a new system. -Grass: Cheap thin grass that's dying in the win... read more
