If it was possible, I would give this 0 (zero) stars. When I first moved in, the kitchen cabinet over the refrigerator and stove was starting to separate from the walls which was quite obvious. Underneath the kitchen and bathroom sink was severe wood rot. The shelves in the kitchen cabinets and drawers were wood rotted along with the bathroom drawers. There should be an option for. Zero because that’s what this place deserves. Stay as far away as you can. The only good thing is the maintenance team. They are very polite and always get things done fast. Which is wonderful. But don’t let the property mangers fool you with their fake smiles. They will have you sign a lease, then when you login to your portal and see extra fees added that’s not in the lease, now they wanna threaten to evict.
