Our community may be an excellent location to live in as mentioned in previous reviews, however, our experience has been a very undesirable poorly built home that is totally unacceptable with rain coming through the kitchen door everytime it rains damaging the door, molding and baseboards that builder refuses to repair and claims it is not covered by our warranty.
