I have lived here for 18 years I have seen mangers come and go and make promises that don’t happen. Since they went back to Rick there has been a lot of renovations going on like renovations on our cottages and some other trailers and the road is getting replaced I’ve seen the rent go sky high other than that it’s been good. I like that I can talk to Rick about my concerns and he listens and tries to get something done with our comers taking care of
Lots of improvements happening now! Tree care, remodels, clean ups and more!
I have lived here over 29 yrs and the rent just keeps going up..There is no matinence done to the grounds and the water bill that's attached to your rent along with sewer is way to much. The water & sewer pipes have never been replaced .Lots of violations on this park,other than that it is quite and people keep to themselves.
