I moved to Manitou Springs and into this park in just in June. I like it here. Rick is fantastic; he takes his job seriously and addresses the needs of the tenants in our neighborhood with care and responsibility.
Cute park we come too see our friend here, quite and peaceful. We enjoy coming over here

I have lived here for 18 years I have seen mangers come and go and make promises that don’t happen. Since they went back to Rick there has been a lot of renovations going on like renovations on our cottages and some other trailers and the road is getting replaced I’ve seen the rent go sky high other than that it’s been good. I like that I can talk to Rick about my concerns and he listens and tries to get something done with our comers taking care of
Lots of improvements happening now! Tree care, remodels, clean ups and more!
