If I would have known what was in store with this builder and community I would not have moved forward with my purchase. Poor communication with the builder and their affiliates. Multiple homes in the community experienced flooring issues and some to this day have not been resolved. DO NOT BUY CENTURY. This community as of 7/18/24 has poor HOA appointees.
If I could put a 0 star review I would. After the master bath shower was installed incorrectly I put in a warranty claim. A patch job repair was done last year but the actual issue (a leak) was not addressed. After the botched repair more damage was found with wet drywall and mold. I put in a 2nd repair request 6 February. It is now 3 May and my bathroom is STILL not completed. I went online to check my request at the claim has been "completed" more than likely because they did not want the request open this long. I've been ... read more
Perfect.
I would not recommend century to anyone. They did my tile flooring And didn’t lay it properly so my tile is beginning to live this is only a year of living there I filed a warranty and they came and saw that there was over 60 hollow spots between my kitchen and living room their first option was to either a give us $5000 which is not feasible because someone did a quote on their home and it was going to cost over $10,000 to get the same tile laid down or the other option was vinyl which is still not feasible because your Hom... read more
