I have lived here for just over two years and I love it. It is one of the most affordable places that I have ever lived in. Rachel is a god sent, she always has a smile on her face and when I have a minor issue with something she is right on top of it, and makes sure that it is taken care of in a timely manner. The neighbors are friendly If you want to live somewhere that is quiet and peaceful I highly recommend living here.
Rates are reasonable and managment helped me and my husband apply for and get help for veteran housing benefits when things got tight. This place used to be a school and has a very unique charm. Kitchen was newly remodel with new appliances and beautiful new flooring. And they're pet friendly, something very difficult to find now adays.
I’ve lived here for nearly 4 years and have had a consistently positive experience throughout. From the beginning, the management team has been attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment. I lived here for nearly 3 years, my first year was decent but at one point management seemed to stop caring. My apartment had a plethora of issues, most of which management chose not to address, or only addressed months later. The property manager, as of the time of this review, is a Compliance Specialist of MTH Management, so she has zero oversight as to how she manages this property. The property was a shambles and then new management took over, and it's been a complete turnaround. The new landlady is kind and timely.
