I lived here for nearly 3 years, my first year was decent but at one point management seemed to stop caring. My apartment had a plethora of issues, most of which management chose not to address, or only addressed months later. The property manager, as of the time of this review, is a Compliance Specialist of MTH Management, so she has zero oversight as to how she manages this property. The property was a shambles and then new management took over, and it's been a complete turnaround. The new landlady is kind and timely.
It's an old building but it's got a lot of character. Management is responsive and easily reached. Has been proactive on repairs and our needs. It's nice to have a place that accepts dogs, too!
