Ok apartment layouts, Renters beware!! Moving out will cost you! when my husband and i moved out the place was cleaner then when we moved in and they charged us $2500 for a stain on the carpet and pen scribbles on the back of one door! horrible maintenance and BAD neighbors! oh and your pet deposit is non refundable! meaning its a fee! not a deposit!! they are way over priced! save your money and find a happy place.. its worth the extra time..
