It’s not an act of anger, it’s a fact. We came to the clinic for help because my 12-year-old dog has breathing problems. They checked our dog’s blood work + x-ray =I paid $625, and they said there were no concerns in general. Age probably. After four days, she passed away. I went to the clinic to get an answer, and they said, “I’m so sorry”… That was very professional... You decide if you can trust them with your beloved pet.

I gave this clinic multiple chances. They failed to follow up on urgent care, provided us with a non-returnable brace that didn't fit properly, and then denied responsibility while offering token gestures after weeks of delay. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this... I had a similar experience with my cat. It’s heartbreaking to be left alone to manage pain while being strung along with vague reassurances. On vacation in Vernon we ran out of medicine for our elderly small dog. We spoke with this vet and asked if we could have our vet provide them a prescription and we could pick up next day. They confirmed this was fine. We made the long drive from our rental to the vet who then decided they would not provide this medication to us and offered no alternative for them to help us.
