The landlord is a complete joke. Have fun getting your mail after your lock is jammed with dirt. From brushing snow onto boxes. He only cares about getting his rent and nothing more. A 5th grader could trim the trees better. He changes rent in the middle of the lease. And his minions in the office are very unprofessional. I would avoid living in any rental by Scott Ryan at all cost not to mention the serious drug problem. And kids that run wild trashing anything you have made nice.
