Have no clue how to properly do their job. I'm highly disappointed especially when my loved one was really looking forward to getting help

Where can I even begin? As a former client of this center you must not send your loved ones there. The staff is consistently lying to the clients. I had 2 bench warrants issued on me while I was there due to there lack of transportation and.motivation to obtain transportation. There is no discipline or structure in that facility. Lead by people who just want to make a buck and make an addict feel less about themselves. Once you phase up to outpatient they do absolutely nothing for you in the way of going to AA or na.meetings... read more

Do not let your child go there. They just put my son out on the street. They came and picked him up yesterday. He's only been there 1 day and they kicked him out. Today, we live 4 hours away from here. They didn't even have the decency to let him stay there till I got there or help get him home. They put him out on the street. They called the police on him, and the state police called me and told me this was wrong. I'm on my way to get my son. This was inhumane

My son is presently a Client at ARC Creek Side. This is his first inpatient care facility which obviously he was somewhat overwhelmed as is normal. Everyone at this facility has been exceptionally helpful, very supportive for him to be successful in this facility. Shannon Hall has been amazing to work with. Everyone there has been extremely supportive and, professional with him as well as his family. I would encourage every Client to be patience and, let these Counselors help you.
