Was thinking of moving into this community so I did some research by spending a few times a week walking through the community for a month and I decided against it for the simple fact there is garbage everywhere especially the walking trails. I understand the construction causing some of this but would it kill the HOA to send someone or two around once a week for some simple cleaning! Unfortunate the price of houses are great.
It looks like it's gonna be a good neighborhood.
