Fran is the staging whisperer. She knows exactly what a house needs to sell and can either give you advice on what to do yourself or completely stage and update the home using her stable of contractors who all do excellent work. Every room looks like it came from a Crate & Barrel catalog. She knows exactly what look and feel appeals to buyers. Fran was AMAZING to work with! This is our first experience with selling and staging our home and she was wonderful. We went through our whole House virtual because of COVID and she gave us great tips and tricks. She even helped me pick out some cute new pillows that would not only work great for staging but also in our new home! She made sure to allow us to use most of all the items we already had to stage the house. Would highly recommend Fran!
Fran did an awesome job helping my sellers virtually stage their home during the COVID-19 stay at home order! The house went under contract the first day listed!
Francesca was great to work with. She chose items that complimented our house and the layout of it. She did a great job of not overdoing it, but bringing in just enough pieces that gave the house an inviting look and helping potential buyers envision their own belongings in the house. I would highly recommend her.
