It's pretty terrible. The pools are not open, not since April 2026. I wish I hadn't moved here and now I'm a bit stuck. The pools are NOT open; reviews that suggest otherwise are lies (take a tour, you'll see); they literally have permanent signs and locks screwed to the gates that say all 5 pools are closed, and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with them, this complex just hasn't wanted to keep up with cost of pools (they need shock and chlorine). I would not recommend living at this complex. The biggest issue has been the lack of urgency and concern from management when it comes to serious tenant complaints. My apartment has consistently reached temperatures above 80 degrees, with my bedroom reaching 82 degrees according to a thermometer. I provided photos documenting the temperature, along with communication from management stating that the AC was considered “working” because cool air was coming from the vents. absolutely do not recommend to anyone who works night shift- they have lawnmowers and leaf blowers like clockwork starting at 7am tuesdays. ridiculous.
This apartment complex is the NASTIEST place i’ve ever lived. Every single apartment has german cockroaches. When i first moved in, I went to the front desk to make them aware of the issue and they tried to charge me $300 for maintenance to come fix the issue THEY had before I even moved in. I went to multiple neighbors to ask if they had the same issue, and they ALL did. hey so not having the pools open when it’s about to be june is insane (they specifically put emphasis on the fact they have 5 pools when you tour btw)
