I seen the reviews before I went. Assumed these were just based on the shortcomings of a touch free washes usual issues but that's not the case. I'm almost certain they use no detergent or anything worth calling detergent. Removed sand but left all the dirt road residue on it like I just sprayed it off with a hose. Any other car wash removes this except maybe the back of the car.

Paid $14 with my debit card, but the door never opened, and the machine said to insert cash or coins. No clue who to contact regarding this
