After being the person to avoid medical practices and I have seen Dr. Danica Guy several times and cannot recommend her enough. She is kind, thorough, and I genuinely look forward to going to my doctors’ appointments. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and I have heard great feedback regarding other doctors within the practice. 10/10
I could not recommend this General Practice more. The administration staff are incredible. I have been seeing Dr Danica Guy for a couple of years now and I am known by name from the admin staff. They embody patient-centred care to the highest degree. Dr Guy has also changed my life in terms of my health and wellbeing. I feel heard, supported and validated about any concerns I have. She investigates and listens with compassion and kindness. I could not ask for a better health care professional.
We have been to see Dr Benecke and Dr Borchardt multiple times and they have both been incredibly helpful. They are patient and fun with the kids and really work to make sure everyone is entirely comfortable. They take their time and ensure that we are receiving thorough care, whether that means squeezing us in for an in-person visit after a telehealth or checking with colleagues to confirm treatment. The front desk staff are also always friendly and helpful! Thank you for your ongoing care
All staff are always professional and non-judgmental. I have never felt more heard at a medical centre until I started coming here.
