This is the the place my boyfriend and I chose as our first apartment. The prospect experience was absolutely amazing. Apartments are very nice looking
I have been living at Creek Road/Marimont for almost a year. My husband and I moved in when the house we were going to buy fell through. The apartments are very clean, they even paint the walls a color theme for you! Mine is green, It is very nice. It makes the place so much more like home than just white walls. They cleaned the carpet before we moved in and the oven was brand new. I really like the tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Can use some sprucing up, but not bad quality for the price Make sure that you ask to see your actual apt before moving in because I didn't and got stuck with an unsatisfactory carpet and horrible closet doors, that they now refuse to paint
