RecommendedOk my Illinois frozen friends and family here’s your chance to escape. I thought living in one of these manufactured homes had a bad stigma attached to it. But let me tell ya, it’s been the best decision along with moving outta Illinois. Plenty of room, great neighborhood and most of all you won’t have to be house poor. Friends live here,and they've had nothing but awful experiences since they bought their place!
COMPARABLE TO THE GESTAPO. RULES, RULES, AND MORE RULES. NOT A WELCOMING PLACE AND THE ENFORCERS WILL LITERALY SHOOT YOU DIRTY LOOKS EVERY TIME THEY SEE YOU. Oh, and you can't have visitors at your own place for more than 2 days without them filling out an application to live there(application fee applied of course). It is a clean place but there is also a theft problem in the park and you will not feel comfortable or at home here at all

John in the office is very responsive and this was by far the best park we visited
Most unprofessional shady business. We looked at a house and were told that if we paid a $200 hold fee the would hold it for 7 days. Then we came in with the application fee and filled application and without them even looking at it we were told that the house was given to someone else. What is the purpose of a hold fee if you're not going to hold it? You state you will hold it for 7-10 days but you didn't even hold it over the weekend. Nothing but shady tactics.
