I took several pieces of jewelry in to be cleaned. One piece, that was a Tiffany & Co. Ring, was not returned that was almost $3000. The lady denies even cleaning the Ring. And the surveillance video was already taped over after she supposedly checked it. I reported it to the police. The owner has NEVER reached out to me, especially after I've called several times. Extremely poor way to handle business. (I've had my jewelry cleaned there few times before, so I trusted them, UNTIL NOW.)
We went to creek jewelers to upgrade my wife's wedding ring for our 22nd anniversary. The jeweler and the ladies there were absolutely wonderful. They were able to help my wife get the heart shaped diamond she wanted and designed a ring that she absolutely loves. As the saying goes happy wife happy life! 100% would recommend creek jewelers.
