Hands down the best spot in Galax! The food has been awesome every time we stop in, the drinks are mixed well, and the beer is perfect! Who doesn't love an affordable flight? Definitely recommend trying the brisket!
Went for the first time today after working for the owner at her home. The Texan pizza was great! The beer was good and the atmosphere was relaxed. Pretty cool place if you're in Galax!
I went with a friend that I hadn’t seen in a while on a whim and drove through the country and visited Galax! We googled somewhere to have lunch where we could chill and talk and get caught up. , We are from NC and do not like to be rushed when chatting, drinking and eating!! Lol. We had an excellent server who provided excellent service. We were even there in between shift changes. The service was lovely. We had members of our party with food (dairy) allergies and they were quite accommodating. We thought there was a mistake with a fried chicken sandwich and found out they switched to grilled since the fried sandwich is made with buttermilk. The service was fine that did a great job checking on us and we all left very full. I have visited this restaurant in the past when I come to ride the New River Trail. They have a huge menu and everyone can find something.
