Great people, smart staff
There have been two separate instances where we have taken an animal to this vet only for them to be terminally ill. The terminal illness is not the problem (the vet can't fix that), what is the problem is the receptionist, on BOTH occasions, reassuring us on the phone that the symptoms are a "non emergency" and "not life threatening." When we were seen by the vet both times, the vet was quick to call the situation life threatening, and recommend intensive treatment. I had an emergency and I don't even go to them for my animals and they worked me in anyway and it was a wonderful experience. Very nice knowledgeable staff.
