In 2025 the management changed. Place was always a little sketchy and run down. The new owners are all in it to nickel and dime and violate lease agreements. Run don’t walk away from this place. I’m surprised the building inspector has not written them up. Their second floor is like a bounce house to walk on. The number of vacancies should be a clue.
I have been a tenant here for over six months and recently needed a much larger work space. They allowed my to break my lease and start a new lease in a much larger unit without penalty. In addition they also added 8 plugs in the new unit free of charge including a 220v outlet. I requested epoxy on the floor which I provided and they painted the floor at no cost before I moved in. I have been a tenant here for over five years and love it here however this place has had such an amazing turn around since Christy, Eric & Brad came aboard. They are amazing at keeping up with request, keeping the property clean and having amazing customer service. I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else besides this new ABC team! Thank you so much!
