Our van had a mechanical error and they helped us troubleshoot it over the phone free of charge. We are so thankful for their kindness and expertise!
This guy left me waiting at home for two days. No call or text to explain the delay. I repeatedly texted him for an update, but got little to no response. When he finally called me, he got mad about me being upset. I wouldn't hire this guy if he was the last mechanic on earth. I would have given 0 stars, but of course it's not possible.
Preston quoted us a price and honored it to the penny. It was a pricey repair, but it would have been pricey anywhere. What makes him special is that he ordered the parts and came to our house the very next day. He repaired the car and brought it back a few hours later running perfectly. I will definitely call him again for any repairs our family needs, and I would suggest you do the same. Honest and gives excellent service.
Preston is a great mechanic, highly recommend! Arrived on time as promised, did the job quickly and accurately. Did the job right on the interstate, usually people change the studs on the rear wheel of a RAM 3500 in three hours, but he changed it in less than an hour.
I Highly recommend Creed's. Preston is very up front and honest about what needs to be done and offers very reasonable pricing. I'm so thankful for him taking care of MAJOR repairs on my car multiple times!
