Service was great. They arrived in the window they said they would be here in. They were professional and courteous. The estamated price was spot on with no hidden charges. Didn't try to up sale things that were not needed. Actually showed me the issues they found with quotes to fix them if I wanted. They didn't use scare tactics making you feel like it had to be done immediately or else. Overall very pleased.
Hunter and his assistant came out to pump out the septic tank and do an inspection on the system for a house we recently inherited. They worked quickly, and were thorough with the inspection, and said everything looked great! I appreciate them and for giving us a piece of mind! Would absolutely recommend Creech's Plumbing!
We were totally satisfied with the Professionalism and Courtesy of Hunter and his Crew from Creech’s Plumbing. He took his time and patience in explaining everything in detail for me. Was totally surprised that when he got done and I checked it out for completeness and operability, that it looked 100% better than what he started with. Totally satisfied with what I had done. Pros: Very easy to call and set up an appointment. Loved the communication tool used to text when service provider was on their way and could track time and miles until they arrived. Service provider (Hunter) was friendly and could explain everything and answer my questions. Very knowledgeable young man! I did appreciate the follow up email with pictures and information gathered from the service. So unprofessional. Their communication is horrible. I wouldn't call this company if they were the last place around. Save your money and work with a company who actually respects other people. Just sad!!!!
