Met in April of this year to discuss repairs. Owner was nice enough. Said he would email estimates to me including recommendations of other companies to use for more complicated repairs. Never received estimates. Sent a text April 30 inquiring about estimates. No response. Sent a text May 6. No response. Sent a text May 20. No response. How much time can it possibly take to just say "Not interested," "Too busy." Really!
