Kei was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable about all of the products. I was looking for fungal acne safe products, and Kei guided me through all the products that are fungal acne safe and even gave me a sample of a moisturizer that I am loving (will be back to purchase) I came to the store because I had a gift card and ended up staying to chat about perfumes and skincare for an hour! I was so happy when I heard that they were opening a Credo in Seattle! When I lived in California and was disappointed that the only thing in the area was Sephora who is not at all sustainable. I've been able to find all of the makeup products I like here and the staff are always super helpful and nice! On the occasion that something I need is out of stock they will ship it right to me for free which is great. Walked in on a whim, my friend had noticed a product she had been wanting to try. Thought we would just purchase and go, but the vibe, staff, and products were AMAZING. Great quality. I had so many beauty questions that were answered. The knowledge they had was top notch. If you ever find yourself in the village needing or wanting clean beauty with the best customer service, go here! I left raving to my friend about how welcoming, friendly and helpful the staff was.
