I paid monthly for three months and no one worked on my credit. I called several times I even went into the office and was still given the run around with no success. I’m longer with Credit services. The best credit agency I know of was United Credit Consultants however, they are no longer in business.
In the beginning everything was great. I worked with Jeremy. Then the service and help slowly stopped. Of course they were still taking my money. I found out all of Josephs employees left because of what he is doing to his customer. I have also set up 2 conference calls with him with my bank and both times he didn't call. The lady at the bank had questions for him and being he didn't call now I can't refinance my vehicle. This company switched there name they were investigated for fraud before.
This company is a fraud. Beware as they will scam you. Good luck with recovering any funds. I have filed a report with the Attorney General and BBB. Google United Credit Services out of Burnsville, MN and you will see this company has already been in hot water with the Feds.
I was with them for 1year and 6month, nothing on my credit report change, they keep billing me and keep say they are trying to help me, but nothing done, very disappointed I don't recommend this company to any one..
Everything started great. Now I cant get in contact with anyone at this company. I think they all split. They havent had a problem withdrawing money from my account though. I am being actively ripped off by this company and their owner Joeseph Mcglynn
