Do not pay or settle and expect Melea/ company to report correctly! Melea agreed to DELETE after sending a letter stating so if settled! She reported settled and now states I have to dispute. No! If you had done what you agreed to and deleted ~ nobody would have to go through the B.S. hoops to have DELETED. Makes a huge difference on credit. Now hangs up and doesn’t want to deal with!
