The worst bank I've ever banked with. It takes longer to get your direct deposit then any other bank. Their customer service skills are the worst. I recommend you to choose any bank but this one. Im closing my account.
The branch manager, Eileen, was so helpful to me today. I wanted to open an account and their account manager was gone today. Eileen stepped in and spent her valuable time with me to help me open an account with BMO. I am so grateful for her experience and guidance in opening an account that is best suited for me. She also was so kind the entire time and made the process very easy on my end. Big thanks to BMO Rohnert Park and I am very grateful to have been given the support I needed!
Went to cash a payroll check with proper ID but teller claims signature could not be verified!! I asked if she would call the business to verify and she would not ! Very poor customer service ! Take your business elsewhere where you will be treated with respect!!!
