Absolutely horrible experience with the Gynecology Unit at 2000 Credit Valley. The staff are rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and completely inconsiderate toward patients. This has not been an isolated experience. Every appointment I have had at this unit has been frustrating and disappointing. Patients are left waiting, concerns are brushed aside, and there seems to be very little consideration for people's time or feelings. The way patients are treated is simply unacceptable. Very disappointed with CVOGA and how they handled our deposit My wife paid a $6,000 deposit to CVOGA for obstetrical care. Unfortunately, we later decided to proceed with a different care provider. My wife had not attended any appointments or received any medical services from CVOGA, yet the clinic has refused to return the deposit. We have contacted the clinic several times to try to resolve the matter, but unfortunately the deposit has still not been refunded. Why isn’t anyone addressing the fact that the machine clearly says they are open Mon-Fri from 9-4pm but by 3:45 they’re already closed! Also they close for an hour for lunch from 12-1pm but trying calling at 11:45 and they’re already gone! I haven’t even had a chance to get my referral appointment yet because they’re never available!
