I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service I experienced during my recent interaction with the management team. The manager I spoke with, Linda, was not only dismissive, but also openly rude and unprofessional throughout the call. Her tone was raised and confrontational, which made it very difficult to communicate my concerns. Doctor Jason Hermangildo is unprofessional, rude and doesn’t know his profession well. Go to someone else!!!
I am 36+3 weeks pregnant. They asked me to get an ultrasound with a requisition form and instructed me to just show up on the day present the form. I went to get the scan on said day and found out i was not even booked. I had to drive myself at third trimester, arranged child care on a Saturday, can barely walk due to sciatic pain, paid parking, just to be told I was not booked for the scan.
