I called the clinic to get the requisition for my routine blood-work, instead I was informed I need to book an appointment (only available one month from now) to get the paperwork. However, they mentioned results will be shared with me over the phone. It’s interesting to see the clinic wants you to come in for a piece of paper but actual health concerns will be discussed and assessed over the phone. Lol Definitely do not recommend. Worst place ever they keep moving my appointment again and again and again. Please be careful they always do tht to fit others of Thier own I guess favouritism. The doctor is never available never. Worst experience and healthcare here so be aware and look for someone else.
I’m very lucky to have Dr. Maha Hadi as my family doctor. Staff at clinic is also very great. I wanted to see the doctor, filled one online form and someone from clinic called within half an hour and scheduled my appointment with Dr. Hadi. Upon receiving test results, doctor called and advised me that everything is good and also answered my questions. Highly recommended Dr. Maha Hadi for someone who is looking for a family doctor.
I had a truly positive experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist Suki, who was not only professional and courteous but also very efficient in handling appointments and paperwork. Her welcoming demeanor set the tone for the entire visit. Miguel who’s the nurse was attentive, kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. He took the time to explain procedures clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care.
Dr.Azharuddin is a very patient & thorough doctor. I would especially like to appreciate the pharmacist Mark for his excellent service. He always welcomes customers with a smile and is very patient & courteous with them. Just the kind of service we need at a medical facility.
