Nurse practitioner Christopher Joneet is a very thorough and conscience health practitioner. I had a men's health problem..I felt he diagnosed it very methodically. Best part was that he understood I was hoping to get relief so he wrote me a script that day as a bridge while finding the root cause of the problem. Thank you for your kindness.
I had to see Dr. Couchman for my 8-year-old daughter because our regular family doctor was unavailable for a month. I came in very concerned, as my daughter had been experiencing nosebleeds every other day for two months. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Couchman was disappointing and distressing. My experience with everyone here has always been wonderful! They're helpful, kind and genuinely care about the health and well-being of their patients.
I need a refill on a life sustaining prescription - I waited on the phone for 1 hour 45 mins (no one picked up), sent the admin team a message via their website (no response), and tried to book an appointment through Medeo (the next available appointment is not for another month and a half!). This clinic has the worst service, even if they have good doctors. It’s pointless to have good doctors if patients can’t even get in to see them. Avoid this clinic at all costs.
Update: There are great doctors and specialists at Credit Valley Hospital. I have a wonderful doctor, and in the last year, access to appointments at the Credit Valley Family Health Team (CVFHT) has improved. Phone wait times can still be a little long, however, I have been able to get my kids in for an appointment faster than in years gone by. I must also add that the Nurse Practitioners at Credit Valley Hospital are absolutely amazing, and their expertise highly valued when I (or my kids) are unable to see our doctor.
