My wisdom teeth removal surgery from here was very successful! I’m not experiencing any pain or discomfort post-surgery, and the swelling has already gone down significantly in less than 24 hours!
Worst experience ever!!!! Don’t go there unless you want to be ripped off!!!! My dad went there for filling a tooth, and he was told they booked him for scaling only. My dad decided to go for scaling first then and he was told he will only be charged for $14 dollars only. The nurse somehow started taking xray without any notice. Finally the bill comes out and the xray charged him $250. Very unprofessional and could rip you off with any reminders, you will only find out until the bills come out. Overall, my experience with the dentist and teeth cleaning was good. Katie did a great job. But it was pretty expensive. It was my first time getting my teeth cleaned here, so they made me do X-rays and all that, which added up to 4 units of cleaning( I didn't do cleaning for a long time, so it made sense though to be longer than usual). It cost me a whopping $685! What's also annoying is they wouldn't send my X-rays and teeth photos by email; they only provide them on a USB. I mean, who carries a USB around all the time? Not even one star. My spouse had a surgery recently. But I couldn't get dental benefits for more than a month yet because they failed to provide required information to my insurance company. I don't recommend here at all.
