I was totally impressed with Mike the audiologist until he dropped my elderly mother like a hot potato. He misinterpreteded my brother's care and concern for our mothers hearing as aggression. Without listening to an explanation Dr Mike felt "he could not offer my mother any options". He told me he would refer me to another audiologist but never did. Dr Mike I hope you read this. I came to know Dr. Michael Schamber through a recommendation of a church member. The first time I visited Dr. Schamber, I saw a line up of patients, he’s a busy doctor serving first time and repeat patients. It was a quick assessment.
