I had submitted an application over the phone for a auto refi and didn’t hear back for over three weeks, which was frustrating. Thankfully, Alica stepped in and completely turned the situation around. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!
Received a flyer for a pre approved auto refinance from Credit Union West. I filled out the info online. They performed a hard pull on my credit and that's it. They say you can check status of your application which should take 24-48 hours. When I check it just says pending and it's been over a week. The only phone # listed to call says it's for home loans. No service is worse than bad service. I will toss their mail in the trash from now on, where it belongs.
I went to the Scottsdale branch on 3/5 to get a new debit card. Mine had expired and they failed to send me a new one. I needed a new card because I was leaving to travel overseas the next day. I was assured that the new card would work. Now I’m overseas and when I try to use my card in an ATM, I get the message that my card has expired. This has presented a real problem for me. I will change my bank at the next opportunity when I’m home.
