Bank is garbage, took over a month to drop a lien on my car when it was paid off. Then they closed my account without my consent and I didn’t sign anything. Way to ruin my credit “credit union”
Wow! I go to make my monthly Truck payment & it is 200$ more than my 560$,.. I inquired as to why? I switched Insurance 7 months ago & confirmed with a credit Union west agent! 7 months later I have charges related to insufficient insurance after switching insurance companies! Horrible the branch never seems to be open. If you do not have a job and dont mind limited and crappy phone service feel free, otherwise this place is horrible.
I drove all the way from Tempe, AZ to this location—where I’ve made cash deposits before in the middle of the night—only to find the 24-hour ATM turned off and inoperable. Now I have to drive to Peoria to make a cash deposit, and it likely won’t be in time, which means I’ll probably be charged an overdraft fee. I did finally find three locations that accept cash deposits. Thanks.
I had submitted an application over the phone for a auto refi and didn’t hear back for over three weeks, which was frustrating. Thankfully, Alica stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She went above and beyond to help me, following up quickly, answering all my questions, and making sure everything got taken care of. Her professionalism and dedication really stood out.
