This credit union is incredibly incompetent. The so called manager there is obviously in the wrong position- she clueless. again I’ll use the word incompetent. The staff there have obviously been trained by her, also clueless. I frequently have to go into this place to follow up on things promised but never get done until I go in 2-3 times. I was going in today to AGAIN follow up on the replacement debit card of my wife’s you were SUPPOSED to send nearly 2 weeks ago but hey- at this point why even bother.
