This bank is horrible. I signed up for a checking account a few months ago. I still have yet to receive any sort of welcome letter from the bank containing my banking information and debit card. I continue to ask for assistance on this matter and I keep getting told the info is on its way and will be there in no more than 72 hours. So finally I get fed up and asked to close my savings and checking account. Absurdly long wait and NO INFO GIVEN at drive up teller. I was trying to pay off-\-\give YOU-\-\over $55K . After 15 minutes after submitting funds at the pneumatic tubes (and 3 other cars processed at the other lane) I was told "we are starting to process your loan payments now". 15 minutes-\-\with six cars behind me??? it took another 5 minutes to get my driver's license returned!
