This bank is horrible. I signed up for a checking account a few months ago. I still have yet to receive any sort of welcome letter from the bank containing my banking information and debit card. I continue to ask for assistance on this matter and I keep getting told the info is on its way and will be there in no more than 72 hours. So finally I get fed up and asked to close my savings and checking account.
