No working phone # can’t speak with anyone
The bank sent me a letter asking for a minor insurance adjustment on a new purchase. They fined me $400 for 60 days for the discrepancy. The change cost me $10 a month. I hade insurance on the vehicle the entire time. Don’t use this bank.
Rude and horrible customer service.
Went in today to withdraw a few thousand dollars from my savings account. The teller said she would not give me my cash unless I told her what it was for or signed a form saying I refused to tell her what it was for. I asked her if this was their policy now and when it started. She said they do it occasionally and it is not policy but she was not comfortable giving me my own cash if I wouldn’t tell her what it was for.
