Got this account when I bought a vehicle. I guess the had the best loan rates. I’ve had nothing but trouble when trying to make a payment. In the beginning I couldn’t pay online at all. It got a little better then improved significantly. Now it’s gotten the worst it has ever been.
Been at CUOC for 5 years, they've always been so nice and helpful. I'm a waitress so I bring in lots of cash at a time which it takes awhile to count, but they are always quick if you make it easy for them. They also took off my overdraft fee, no questions asked! App is easy. Great credit union.

We have many choices when it comes to banking and loans, do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs. They charge you to pay your loan, can’t setup wire transfers from an outside bank, and their app is garbage. Hope this review helps you avoid the terrible experience I am having with them. Can’t wait to move my business!!!
