We have been with the. Credit Union of Co. for 13+ years: in recent years, the credit union has grown ALOT, and it now feels like members are mere numbers. I often ask myself "why not just go back to Wells Fargo". I've reached a point i dred dealing with this credit union, and I'm making arrangements to move to another more personal banker.
Service has been improved.
Idk what kind of real simple minded dudes they are letting run the loan and financing in this place, but this level of idiocy needs to be studied. This is now the 4th month in a row that they have messed up my auto pay for my loan, except this month, was a double charge. All 4 months I went in in person to tell them EXACTLY what is going on. So they either know exactly what's happening, and just don't care, or they are so poor at their job that they can't get a grip. What is it, gross negligence, or pure stupidity??
Always cordial and ready to help. I've been a customer for over 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
