This Credit Union is so friendly and helpful! We were immediately greeted upon walking, and did not have too long of a wait. This is was my first time making a big financial decision as an upcoming adult, and Lauren was very helpful and informative on the process. I am happy I went to this branch.
I don’t feel that I will be able to list enough accolades for Hannah! Whether it is a current situation where we are going back and forth for a few days, or, as is the case most recently, it’s been months since I needed assistance, Hannah is very timely with a reply and has an incredible memory and much attention to detail. I’m relatively new to CUoA and am SO pleased with the service I’ve received thus far. I look forward to many years with this company and am hopeful that Hannah sticks around!
I recently went out of town and lost may credit card. I was upset and called the number at the back of the card. Spoke with someone and I told them what happened and they proceeded to tell me that I don't need to worry as they blocked the card and no one could use them. They also said go to the nearest branch when you get home. I went to another branch and reported what happened and that I would like a different credit card as the one I have had been blocked.
