Absolute garbage for everyday banking. They may be better for loans, I'm not sure but there app is trash, any time you add external accounts they don't actually get added for you to see on the CUA app. The bankers don't like helping you to deposit large amounts of bills, it all has to be through the machine with a max of 30 bills at a time. The people are there for loans/new accounts and decoration.
Lauren Dowel at the E 21st branch is always so helpful and pleasant to work with. Excellent customer service.
