Jackie R was such an amazing help with a pre approval on an auto loan! It was too early in the morning and she was very upbeat! She made the process of getting a pre approval amazing (was the first pre approval I have gotten). Jackie was very knowledgeable and humorous which help put me at ease. I love CUA!! DO NOT BANK HERE. i have my card locked, and 50% of the charges that hit(renewable ones or accidental charges from something such as Samsung wallet etc.) and every time it charges a overdraft fee. they wont refund it bc its happened too many times EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT BC MY ACCOUNT PURCHASES SHOULD BE FROZEN. And they wont even consider it until my loan is paid gor that month even if the only money i have is to be put in the loan but i cant put money in my account without it automatically going to the overdraft fee. horrible experience. went here with my husband to open an account ran our credit and denied us without telling us previous to the application that they would be doing a credit check. wasn’t looking for a loan or anything that builds interest just wanted a simple checking and savings account. before knowing we were denied we added over half a thousand dollars into this account not knowing we could get denied. fast forward we go to a different bank and set up an account there when i get home i go to move money into this new ac... read more
